Course Pricing

• For some specialised courses there is a higher fee
• All costs include VAT
• Most training events take place at Conservation Volunteers' training centre at Clandeboye Estate near Bangor, about 12 miles east of Belfast
• For those travelling a significant distance it is possible to stay overnight at our residential accommodation. There is an additional charge for this service and it may not always be available. Please ask for details
• Places on courses are allocated on a first come first served basis
• Booking Forms should reach us at least two weeks before the date of the course. Cancellation terms apply as follows: more than 28 days before course - no charge; 14-28 days before course - full refund less a 25% administration charge, amount to be confirmed by the office; less than 14 days before course - full fee is payable. If we have to cancel a course for any reason, any monies already paid will be refunded in full. In the case of unavoidable last minute cancellation of a course, we regret that we will be unable to refund travel costs incurred by you.
• We can also invoice employers for the course fee, but we need an official order number in writing (fax or email is fine)
